PERSONALISED ORDER FORM On the Personalised Order Form you can select any of the products on our web site any design or your own text, along with rhinestone colour and position. As these items will be bespoke you will need to contact us once you have submitted your personalised order. We can then go through your order together and make sure you get the exact product you require, and the correct cost. We will then be able to take payment over the phone or you can pay by cheque or paypal. No order will be processed until payment has been received.
